Lucy and Matt- Logan Utah Wedding Photographer
I knew after Lucy and Matt’s engagement session that their formals were going to be so much fun. ( See their engagement session HERE ) Of course I was right. We got to do a first look with them and I knew Matt would be so cute about it. Both of their sweet moms came to watch their formal session. I highly recommend involving friends or family in your session.
I absolutely loved Lucys dress. Isn’t it lovely? And so perfect on her too! I love dresses like this- with a big shirt that flows down like that. And the train and veil! One of my favorite dresses.
We went to one of my favorite spring locations. It’s just as the base of the Wellsville mountains and it’s always so green in the spring! The light was perfect this night too! It’s always a good night to be by the mountains.
These two did something that no one else has done in a formal session. And it’s my new favorite thing! They read their wedding vows to each other and I was able to photograph it. They were so sweet! I honestly cried a little. I actually really regret not writing vows with my husband! Even if we just read them just before we got married to each other. It’s one of the big things I would change about my wedding day.
