When I got Lexis wedding inquiry I could tell she was a dream client. I was really disappointed when I realized I wasn’t available for their wedding day. I told her I would love to help her with their engagements and formals but I understood if she wanted the same photographer to do all three. To say I was thrilled when she still wanted me to do her engagements and formals is a understatement. And after I met them in person I knew I was right about them being dream clients.

I honestly love it when a couple comes to be and says we don’t take a lot of photos because we are awkward. So many people tell me this. I love it because I get to prove to them that they can do this! I always tell them that it’s MY job to make them look good. Their job is to enjoy being together and have fun. The better they do at their job they better job I can do.

I’m not sure what it is about doing photos for Lexi and Ty but they get the most gorgeous skis ever for their photo sessions. I wish that happened all the time but it truly doesn’t. They get the best sunsets at their sessions. And ones that I can really showcase in their photos. I’m a huge sucker for sunset and most of the time I can’t showcase them in my clients photos.

Lexi’s dressed matched our location so well. The lace with leaves was so beautiful. And she looked stunning in her dress!
