When I think of my perfect kind of photo session I think of sessions like this one. Honest to goodness it couldn’t have been better. When I was editing the pictures I kept thinking that this is what heaven must look like. With that beautiful sunlight coming though the yellow trees and the tall grass glowing around a beautiful family. It was magical for lack of a better word. You never know how little boys will act getting their picture taken. Most are a little shy at first then if I can get them to warm up we have a lot of fun. It only took 5 minutes before me and this little guy were friends. He totally stole my heart. He was hamming it up for me. I knew I had him when he started to pull silly faces at me. Then I started the game he couldn’t get enough of. He would start by me and race to his parents. He could have done that all day. But a lot of my favorite pictures from their session came from that silly little game so it was so worth it.
I love when I can get the posed pictures done right at the beginning so from then on we can just have fun. We sang songs, played ring around the rosies, and let him hug and kiss his parents all he wanted. These are the type of sessions that make me love what I do even more. I would full my schedule everyday with sessions if they were as easy and fun as this one. Also they found me on google- which is why I spend so much time blogging my session! (that and I love to show off my clients!)
